Hunan TV, China’s largest television broadcaster, launched its first ever news channel, Hunan News, with the help of Provost Studio.
The broadcast facility is the country’s first 4k ultra-high definition news studio, complete with 360 degree capabilities. The 5,000-square-foot studio features three main areas for content presentation, including a main anchor area, social media zone and informal discussion area with dramatic entry stair. The studio also features numerous large LED displays, allowing formatting flexibility when presenting content in a layered, on-air look. In addition to the studio and newsroom, Provost crafted a branded tour route for special guests, resulting in VIP and circulation spaces built for entertainment.
Provost Studio helped position Hunan TV as a leader in broadcast news with a 4k studio that sets the tone for content across the country.
